Our ambient sourdough loaves are mixed and slowly proved over an eight hour period to develop that classic open crumb whilst maintaining good hydration.

 

This loaf uses a blend of white and wholemeal organic flours. Baked by Bakeri Baltzersen in Harrogate.

Made in an environment that handles MILK, GLUTEN, EGG, PEANUT, SOYA and TREE NUT.  Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
