A sharp, tangy sauce made with English Bramley apples, and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg. As good as the best homemade, it’s very good indeed, especially with roast pork and salty crackling, and even vanilla ice cream.
 
Ingredients – Bramley Apples (72%), Raw Cane Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Cinnamon, Nutmeg.
